Farm Fresh Delivery strives to make delivery of organic produce and natural groceries convenient and affordable. Our one of a kind service provides our customers with all of their kitchen staples and connects our community with the best local produce and groceries available. Signing up for Farm Fresh Delivery

Click on sign up and fill out our registration form. Make sure to include a valid credit or debit card and delivery instructions for placement of your bin- we recommend a shady, dry spot.




Placing Your Standing Order

Select the produce bin of your choice and an “every week” or “every other week” delivery schedule. You may decide to add certain groceries to your standing order if you want to receive those products with every delivery.

Tip – You can adjust your produce order and add groceries to your order the weekend before delivery. Most customers only have a Farm Fresh Delivery Bin on their Standing Order. They add the groceries they need for the week when they customize their produce bins. See Step 4: Adjusting Your Current Order below.




Your Membership Activation

Once your Registration and Standing Order are complete, you will be notified of your activation and delivery day by the next business day. Please check with Customer Service if your account is not activated by this time.




Adjusting Your Current Order

You can modify your produce bin and add groceries to your order the weekend before your scheduled delivery. You can customize this Current Order from Thursday at 3 pm until Monday at noon. You will receive an email reminder every Thursday at 3 pm to tell you whether or not you are scheduled for delivery next week. At this time, members can login and customize their order for the following week. You can also choose to receive an email sent to confirm the changes you make to your order.




Your Invoice

Your invoice will be emailed to you the day before your scheduled delivery. This gives you the opportunity to make sure your order is correct. It also serves as a reminder to leave your empty bin and bags (from your previous delivery) out for us to pickup.




Your Delivery

Your order will be delivered between 12 noon and 8 pm on your scheduled day. You do not need to be home to receive your order. Store your produce and groceries as soon as possible, and put any insulated bags, brown paper bags, and ice packs back into your bin for pickup. We cannot reuse plastic produce bags due to health concerns; however, we encourage you to recycle these #2 plastic bags. Don’t forget to put your bin, bags, etc. out for pickup on your next scheduled delivery day.




Changes to Your Delivery Schedule or Standing Order

You can change the frequency of your delivery and the products in your Standing Order by logging into your account and selecting the “Adjust Standing Order” link. You can also skip a delivery up to twelve weeks in advance by using the “Suspend a Delivery” link. Please contact Customer Service if you need any assistance with or confirmation of these changes.
